General Terms and Conditions
The terms below govern the relationship between Conformity Kft. and its customers, from the quote request through to performance.

2. Scope and acceptance
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the steel structure fabrication, design, surface treatment and erection services provided by Conformity Kft., and become part of the relationship between the parties upon submission of a quote request and, subsequently, the conclusion of an individual contract.
3. Quote requests and quotations
Based on the details submitted through the quote request form, a colleague will get in touch, typically within 48 hours. A prepared quotation is valid for (TBD) days and does not constitute a binding contractual offer from the service provider until confirmed in writing by both parties.
4. Formation of contract
(TBD) — how a contract comes into being (e.g. written confirmation of a purchase order, a framework agreement), the documents required, and the communication channels between the parties.
5. Pricing and payment terms
(TBD) — whether prices are net/gross, any advance payment required, payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, and the consequences of late payment.
6. Performance and delivery
(TBD) — how fabrication/performance deadlines are calculated, the conditions for on-site erection, how performance is confirmed, and the handover procedure.
7. Warranty
(TBD) — the warranty periods applicable to fabricated structures, how to report a quality complaint and within what deadline, and the remedies available for defective performance.
8. Limitation of liability
(TBD) — the scope and limits of the service provider's liability, in particular regarding the accuracy of design documentation supplied by the customer, and force majeure events.
9. Force majeure
(TBD) — the events considered force majeure and the parties' rights and obligations in that case.
10. Complaints

11. Governing law and dispute resolution
