2. What data we process, and why

When you fill in the quote request form, we ask for and store:

• name, company, email address, phone number — to get in touch and prepare a quote
• the selected service, volume and deadline — to refine the quote
• the free-text description of your project
• any design documentation you optionally upload (PDF, DWG, DXF, IFC, STEP, ZIP, etc.)

This data is used only to process your enquiry, get in touch, and — should we start working together — prepare a contract. We never use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the quote request form and tick the consent checkbox. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@conformity.hu; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

4. Retention period

(TBD) — the final notice will state how long quote requests and their attachments are kept (typically a reasonable period after the engagement ends or any potential legal claims expire).

5. Who has access to this data

• Conformity Kft. staff who need it to prepare the quote

Our processors handle data only on Conformity Kft.'s instructions, for the stated purpose.

6. Cookies and tracking

Beyond the cookies the site needs to function, we only load measurement (Google Analytics 4) and marketing (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) cookies with your explicit consent from the cookie preferences banner — and only when the corresponding tag is configured in the Payload admin. We never send a name, company, email address, phone number, or any other personal data from the quote form through these tags. The full list of cookies is on the Cookies and stored data page.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over the personal data we hold about you:

• access — ask what data we hold about you
• rectification — have inaccurate data corrected
• erasure — have your data deleted once there is no legal basis to keep it
• restriction of processing
• data portability — receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format
• objection to processing
• withdrawing consent at any time, without needing to give a reason

8. Remedies

If you believe our processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority, or seek judicial remedy.
